Caller advised he is being harassed by GCSO/he was out of Grant County and saw an SO unit parked outside of where he was/wants to speak with SCPD. Male was uncooperative and would not provide further info.

Homeowner complaining about neighbor’s water coming onto his property/was told there is nothing they can do as long as it is not sewer water/then homeowner went up to the officer and hit him on the shoulder/standing by Texas and Gila.

Male took some merchandise from hardware and walked out the grocery side door/is still in the parking lot/was able to get some items back/want him identified and issued a CTW. Officer advised he will put in an ATL for the named male.

Caller advised that a 60-year-old named male in a room is threatening to fight everyone/he is throwing a box around with stuff in it. Officer – everything is okay/they will call back if there are any other problems.

Caller’s son went out to walk the dog five minutes ago and an unknown male tackled him to the ground and ran around a trailer/son is injured but refused medical/caller will take him into the ER on her own/wants to make a report with LE.

Caller can hear a named male neighbor yelling and slamming a door/advised male is a paranoid schizophrenic.

Burglar alarm at a residence/front door sensor. Officer made contact with homeowner and everything is okay/homeowner advised the alarm panel had froze for a while.

Harassment
1414 Little Walnut Road –Silver Cliff Apartments
Officer – On March 5, 2023, the officer received an email from a named female advising that her ex-boyfriend had called her again and sent her more text messages since she was at the SCPD yesterday reporting the male for violating an Order of Protection. Officer advised the female to send pictures of the screen shots showing the phone calls and text messages and the officer would document them for her. In the first screen shot it shows the telephone number calling two times. The text message which was time stamped at 2:06 p.m. stated, “Could that be possible Please,” with a red heart which was referring to him requesting to speak with his daughter earlier in the day. Other text messages at 6:15 p.m. say, “Can I get a chance to talk with my daughter” with two praying hands ana a crying emoji/”Please I’m begging you”/”Why don’t you answer my texts?”/”I don’t want anything from you but you to let me tell (my daughter) I love her.” Officer – The female has not responded to any of the phone calls or text messages.

Caller advised someone hit his Gila Eye Care Center sign. Officer made contact with caller.
