First time a female called laughing saying they were just playing with the phones and no emergency. The second time the female was on the line laughing advising she needed help. Dispatcher told her to stay focused and serious and tell if she really had an emergency. She advised she "can't leave" while still laughing. Male advised she was fine and she had had too much alcohol and then disconnected the line. Upon callback it goes straight to voicemail.
