Caller is by a black Chevy truck and a Jeep in the main parking lot/caller requested a standby for a male who took her things to GRMC, threw them at her, and then ran the items over/that male has already left in a Black Chevy Avalanche.

Advised that the mother is refusing to give caller his daughter back. Caller stopped talking and refused to answer any more questions. Mother advised the child is 3-years-old and the father left the child unattended outside/he is possibly intoxicated.
