Caller advising a named male is causing issues with her/they have a no weapons policy and he has knives in his pocket and is refusing to turn them over/want him issued a CTW. Officer issued indefinite CTW to Matias Marquez. Caller called back advising Marquez is back on the property in the parking lot.
