Caller advised a named male stole some chips and lied about it to employees/wants him removed and issued a CTW/wearing a black hoodie/he is inside near the laundry room. Officer – CTW issued for 24 hours to Armando Valencia who has a warrant for failure to appear on a battery against a healthcare worker charge.

Caller called back/male left southbound/he is very disoriented and knocked over things in the office/wants a CTW issued to the male. Officer will ATL for male.

Female standing in front of his house/she opened the screen door/caller does not know who she is. Out with a named female/negative on warrants/out at a N. Bayard Street address.

Male lying on the ground/caller did not stop to check on the male. Request ambulance for heavily intoxicated 20-year-old male unable to stand up.

Male called 911. Just stated to send LE to Denny's/would not answer what was going on. Officer en route to GRMC with a named male for medical clearance.

Little boy about 6-years-old walking toward town. Caller advised a grey Dodge is following him with the hazards on and is talking to the little boy but little boy keeps walking/little boy seems like he is upset/driver is a female with another child in the back seat/vehicle and boy just passed Victoria . . .

E. Daniel Street and S. Highway 90 – 8:23 a.m.
Caller, while off-duty, observed a 9-year-old boy walking north on Rosedale Road at approximately 7:45 a.m. Upon going on duty at 8 a.m. caller was able to locate the boy near Highway 90 and Ridge Road. Caller made contact with the boy and his mother and inquired about why the boy was walking. The mother stated her son had been kicked off the bus and was permanently kicked off at this point and that she was disciplining him. Caller warned her that some people may construe her discipline to be child abuse. The boy was in good condition and did not appear to be injured.

Male just sexually molested caller's female friend/this happened around 12 midnight. Female is with caller in Gila.

Caller advised a female is possibly stealing/a customer told caller the female was putting things in her purse/grey bag. She may have taken a programmer and a family-sized flashlight. Officers are going to release the female on a CTA.

Bald male just stole some soda bottles and a tea/pushing a shopping cart. Officers out with Trevor Walker/Walker in custody/released on CTA.

Subject ran out through the fire exit with merchandise not paid for. Employee advised video and receipt will be available at a later date.
