Grey van turning onto Hudson Street by SCPD southbound. Second caller – black SUV almost went head-on with them/a black Durango with a dent/vehicle went downtown/they almost took out three cars and were driving at a high rate of speed/they are pulling into the Visitor Center/a male just got out of the vehicle wearing a lime green sweater and coveralls.

Caller is being harassed by a named subject and wants to know how to handle it. Officer completed call.

Caller needs to document harassment. Officer tried to call caller and had negative contact.

Tall skinny male in black hoodie has gone to caller's door several times/male is high and started screaming at caller/caller is afraid of him. Officer going to ATL for male/out with male on Swan Street side of CVS/issued male an indefinite CTW to 1901 Silver Street Space F.

610 N. Silver Street – Seasonal Overnight Shelter
Caller states a named male needs to be CTW'd due to being aggressive with another client and making threats. Officer – clear/male was gone on arrival. Caller called back advising male is back. Officer issued male a CTW for one week/male left the property. Caller called back advising male is back and has an active CTW.

Two young males trying to break into the house. Caller states she is away from her home/she is trying to talk to them through the Ring/she told them she has called the police/they are out of view but still at the house.

Officer – female leaving the property/negative on a CTW. Caller called back stating the same female is back on the property/she is starting issues with another female/Officer – all units clear/female was gone on arrival.

Saturday, Feb. 15

Suspicious persons
W. Kelly Street
Male is in the alley/he did leave. Caller states last year a male was peeping through her bathroom window while she was showering/caller feels unsafe/male left in an unknown direction. Officer – units patrolled surrounding area with negative contact.

Unwanted subject
708 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller states they gave a female food and then told her she needed to leave/she now sat down and will not leave/would like her issued a CTW. Officer issued the female an indefinite CTW for Denny's.

They found it at Spaces 38 and 37/caller wants to give it to LE.

Hit and run
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller just noticed damage to the rear driver's side bumper of his vehicle/believes it happened yesterday at Walmart.

Male from yesterday is back knocking on caller's door. Officer – clear from address will frequent patrol for male/negative contact.

Caller believes someone tried to break into his house while he was out of town/will be standing by for officer at his home.

Stolen bicycle from inside studio/building was unlocked but someone would have had to make entry to get the bicycle.

A named male just stole four bottles of alcohol including a bottle of Hypnotique and a clear vodka/male was wearing a black hat and hoodie. Officer – negative contact/will be out at Walgreen's.

Pursuit
Swan and 30th streets
Eastbound on 30th/went traffic with white Acura 41st and Gold streets/one female in investigative detention/Texas vehicle registration.

Sunday, Feb. 16

Suspicious persons
Buffalo Bud
Caller advising when he pulled into work a male walked out of the ditch and started yelling at caller and threatening him/male already left walking east on11th Street from Pope Street. Officer – had contact with male at Gough Park and advised him not to make contact with caller.

Reckless driver
610 Silver Heights Blvd.
Blue Chevy Camaro was driving at a high rate of speed, hit a curb, and almost hit caller's vehicle when he passed. Officer – in area ATL/pulling into Walmart/had contact with (redacted)/ran DL.

Unwanted subject
610 N. Silver Street – SOS
A named female is in the building refusing to leave/want her issued a 24-hour CTW/she is not causing any issues at the moment.

Hit and run
S. Pinos Altos Street
Caller advising a neighbor told him a grey Chevy S10 hit his vehicle and left east on Gila Street/a mattress also fell out of the bed of the truck.

Loud music
N. Silver and E. 20th streets
Grey pickup parked on corner playing loud music/been there for past 10 minutes. Officer – vehicle left area.

Graffiti
Mississippi Street
Three young males on bicycles and one on a scooter/caught them spray painting the underpass of the bridge/went toward Hill and then toward Alabama. Officer had contact with caller/negative contact with juvies.

Caller advised a vehicle pulled into her driveway and is now parked at the end of the cul-de-sac with its lights off. Officers – everything is okay/units clear.

Male hiding behind light post across the street/he is lying down and keeps looking toward caller's home. Officer had contact with the male/everything is okay/a juvi was talking on the phone/will give caller a heads-up.
