On the corner of Swan and 21st several cars are parked in front of her mother's apartments/she can see through her camera/her mother is asleep/just wants frequent patrol/doesn't want to wake her mother. Officer advised to ask county if they can assist.

Male in the road asking for medical assistance/female is with the male and they seem to be in a domestic dispute/caller is not wanting to get involved. GCSO deputy – negative on a domestic/one male going with EMS. Whiskey Creek FD Command1 advised units available for call.

Caller from GRMC Security states a woman is being unruly in the ER waiting room and refusing to leave/requests a CTW be issued. Officer issued Emily Somarian a CTW unless receiving medical attention.

Female outside is threatening to set caller and building on fire/wants her issued a CTW/walking toward Los Victor. Officer responding from La Capilla area/issued CTW to Emily Somarian for Hudson Chevron.

Caller calling on behalf of a customer/wanting to report sexual harassment from an employer.

Caller is having problems with the neighbor kicking the walls. Yesterday there was a call for the same reason. Officer made contact with a named male who has mental issues, and he was advised to go back in his apartment and not kick the walls or play loud music. The male's neighbors were advised to call again if he continued to give them problems.

Female left on foot. Officer on foot ATL downtown/negative contact with Emily Somarian/ATL and issue CTW for the Southwest Gallery.

Caller had an incident yesterday with her neighbor who threw chicken bones into her yard and one dog became sick.

Stated the neighbor's mother is in his yard/looking inside his house as well two minutes ago. Officer – clear/need CTW issued to Sandra Hernandez for all the property.

Caller states her ex is making threats and harassing her/he lives in Las Cruces.

Caregiver was there trying to make contact with patient/knocking on door/negative contact which is unusual. Officers – contact with subject/everything is okay. A named female is sister to patient and she is requesting another . . .

One person lying outside of vehicle/2vehicles/45-year-old female/air bag deployed/pain all over. EMS10 – check status of Native/Native 30 accepted standby. Owner requests wrecker/heavy front-end damage.

Caller from El Refugio said her client called advising someone hit her three kids with a car and left/police were called but haven't shown up(dispatch advised call did not come through this center). Caller does not know where they are at the park but wants to know if someone can take them back to the shelter. Caller called back advising the client is no longer at the park. Officer had negative contact.

200 N. Bullard Street – 5:51 p.m.
Vehicle is a brown Honda CRV/unknown plate/last seen about 4:45 p.m./caller is the only one with keys/caller found her vehicle across the street of the Toad.

Male and female arguing/male sounds like he is yelling for help. Officer ran a male and a female.

Stated his neighbor threw caller's garden pot into the driveway/male neighbor has mental issues/caller can hear neighbor making weird noises and slamming doors.

Plata Road – 9:45 p.m.
Can hear male throwing items in the house and the female yelling and screaming. Officers advised they made contact with the same subjects from earlier and both stated nothing physical or even an argument happened and did not know why we were called there again. Both subjects advised everything is okay.

Wednesday, Dec. 25

Domestic disturbance
610 N. Silver Street – Seasonal Overnight Shelter
Female and male arguing in their vehicle/small silver sedan. Officer – EMS for 58-year-old female with chest pains and pneumonia. EMS1 – no patient contact.

E. Daniel and Bard streets
Male called twice stating he was going to kill everyone and burn everything down/stated he was going to kill the dispatcher as well/would not give a location of where he was. Officers out with a vehicle on Daniel and Elias streets.

By the warehouse something is on fire/a man was trying to get her attention with a flashlight but she didn't stop. Officer reported he did find a smoldering pile of ash and burning weeds and used a fire extinguisher to put it out/was able to put most of it out but called the fire department to put out the rest.

610 N. Silver Street – SOS – 4:41 a.m.
A named female is yelling and keeping everyone awake. Could hear the female yelling in the background. Caller stated she is not being aggressive toward anyone. Officer issued Jacqueline Marie Paul a CTW until noon.

Male and female arguing with his ex-girlfriend/caller just wants his belongings/nothing physical. Officer – both parties separated and everything is okay.

Male keeps yelling call the cops and slamming doors/caller states this has been happening since last night and she hasn't slept because of it.

Stated her camera is going off and she can see two males in the back of the building. GCSO deputy had contact with a named male and a named female/both had invalid or suspended DLs.

Caller received a call from an employee who advised a female who already has a CTW is in the building/need her removed from the property. Officer made contact with the female/she left the property.

Walk-in advised someone forged his signature.

800 N. Gold Street – City Shop
Female broke into mail box and took mail/it's flying around Swan and 10th. Officers out at SOS/out with a named female/out at Public Works/found mail and returned/frequent patrolled the area.

Male and female attempted to take money in a cup/caller did take back the money/female knocked over some things/wants a CTW if contact is made. Officer ATL the area/negative contact.
