There will be a Winter Poetry Panel Reading on Friday, December 6, 3:00pm with the poets Francesca Reyes, Allison Waterman, Abigail Kipp, and Heather Frankland. This is part of the Winter Poetry Challenge. Pick up a poetry challenge bingo card at the library to do activities and enter prize drawings!
Not Dead Yet Club

The Not Dead Yet Club is an end-of-life discussion group covering important topics such as memorials, burial, end-of-life options, home health care and hospice, estate planning, fears, and perspectives on afterlife. The December 19 session will feature Gigi Ellis, gerontologist, speaking about end-of-life preparation and decision-making, particularly with regard to people experiencing dementia and Alzheimer's. The Not Dead Yet Club is a welcoming space for learning and discussion about these significant matters, and all perspectives are valued.
