We are so excited for the 2025 Silver City Community Film Festival, taking place October 2 - 5 at the historic Silco Theater. Last year's inaugural festival featured 16 filmmakers, 30 films, and approximately 200 attendees. We were thrilled with the response. The festival was a tremendous success, thanks to the support of sponsors like you!
In its second year, the Silver City Community Film Festival has expanded its geographic boundaries for film submissions to include El Paso to Tucson, from east to west, and Albuquerque to Chihuahua, from north to south. The festival welcomes the diversity of this Southwest Crossroads region in an intimate yet powerful festival setting, highlighting the talented filmmakers of this area and providing opportunities for valuable connections and collaborations. While we will always remain dedicated to providing a platform for our local community to showcase their films, we are excited for the growth of the 2025 festival.
Your sponsorship or advertising purchase supports all aspects of the festival, allowing us to offer panels discussions, awards, affordable ticket prices, mixers for the filmmakers, and to promote the festival throughout the Southwest Crossroads region. Your sponsorship also helps to support festival programming like our new Youth Filmmaking Workshop, which took place at the Silco Theater in June.
We are seeking sponsorships, program advertisements, and on-screen ad reel advertisements from individuals, businesses, and nonprofits to help cover the costs of the festival. There are various sponsorship levels and advertising options to choose from.

Sponsorship at the Youth Access level allows admission to the entire festival to be free for youth and teens (18 and under). In return for sponsoring at this level your logo will be printed on 2025 festival swag, and you will receive a special acknowledgement in the program and at each screening. Sponsorship at the Youth Access level also comes with the following.
When you sponsor at the Youth Access, Gold, Silver, and Bronze levels, your logo will be printed on the Step & Repeat/Press Wall banner. Sponsors at all levels will be listed as a sponsor in the festival publicity including social media, flyers, emails, pre-show listings, and the program. All sponsors will be listed on the Silver City Community Film Festival website (this will include your logo, if desired).

Early response deadline for inclusion on festival poster, Bronze level sponsors and above: Monday, July 28. The final deadline for sponsorship and advertisements is September 1.

Sponsorship donations, program advertisements, and on screen ad reel advertisements may be remitted by credit card on the Silver City Community Film Festival website donation page or by check (made payable to "Silco Theater - MainStreet," PO Box 4068 or delivered to the MainStreet office at the Visitor Center, 201 N Hudson Street).
Logos must be received by Monday, July 28, for inclusion on the poster. We are happy to list your name or business name on the poster if you don't have a logo you'd like us to use.
