A named male is in the empty lot/he is a danger to himself and just had a fight with his daughter/he is living in the empty lot with a locked gate/he is very agitated. Caller wants call afterward.

Ft Bayard Street – 5:38 p.m.
Caller wants county deputy to report squatters/he said a couple weeks ago he had deputies there to stand by for eviction and now they do not want to leave and have become squatters. Deputies made contact with caller who wanted to document that the people he was trying to evict from his house have not left yet and they were supposed to be out by the first of September/as of today, both tenants are still in the house and have paid this month’s rent. Caller explained that he unders . . . .

76-year-old mother is not answering her phone and caller from Carlsbad has not heard from her since last Sunday/she has been suffering from bacterial infections. Officer made contact with mother and she will call caller.

Harassment
Ft Bayard Street – 8:10 p.m.
Stated he got a message from his landlord/message stated if he ever threatens him he is going to do his best to kill him. Deputy – clear for now/may get called back as male is outside irate and yelling.
