Person on top of an RV/they are slouched over and not moving/caller has been trying to get their attention and they won't move. Caller advised the person just got up/they are collecting a backpack now. Deputy advised negative contact with anyone.

Advised sister is having hallucinations and yelling at caller/she is in the middle of the street in front of the residence/she is under the influence. Officer had contact with female @ Franey and Stewart streets/female appears to be on narcotics/everything is okay.
