Driving while intoxicated

Male in a small black car intoxicated with 2 kids/just left toward Hurley. Officer – contact with vehicle at Snappy Liquor. GCSO deputy advised he spoke with caller at the Lake Roberts General Store. Officer advised no signs of intoxication or under the influence of any substances/everything is okay.

Advised that daughter has permission to stay at the residence and she stated (redacted) has other people staying there and has been staying in Hurley. Caller stated she is on scene waiting for LE/she does want all occupants removed if contact is made.

Advised subject is outside lying in the driveway/unknown if male or female/was mumbling. Officer requested ambulance for a 66-year-old male who fell off walker and is severely dehydrated. EMS10 advised slight delay. No response BFD.

Male outside on the property yelling. Officer – male is parked on the neighbor's side of the property/he was advised not to go on the property.

Caller says some side-by-sides are speeding all through the roads/caller's husband tried to tell them to stop but they ignored him.

Caller has three unwanted people at his house/his daughter, her boyfriend, and another person. Caller just asked them all to leave and they are not leaving. Deputy issued multiple CTWs to address.

A named female is asleep and has ants crawling on her blue jeans and t-shirt. Caller told the female she was going to call dispatch, but the female asked that she not and said she would move but hasn't. Officer – female refused any medical attention.

Caller and neighbors in the area have not seen anyone check on the dogs and the dogs have been barking for days now.

Stated her ex-husband is only supposed to call to speak to the children once a day for 10 minutes per court order and he has sent caller multiple texts and threatened her. Mother is allowing the child to speak with the father more than what has been stated in the parenting plan.
