Officer had negative contact with any vehicle matching description.

Accident report – no narrative.

Monday, Dec. 30

Suspicious vehicle
B Street
Said two vehicles, a silver hatchback and a white car, watched her leave for work and are still circling the area. Deputies had negative contact/out at the address.

Domestic disturbance
Elguea Street
Caller is arguing with a male and there are kids in the background/advised they both have been drinking. Caller is taking the kids to another room/he tried to follow her to the bedroom/he pushed her so hard she slammed her face on the tile.

Welfare check
Romero Avenue – 3:51 p.m.
Caller advised she was supposed to have a child exchange with a named male at 3:30 p.m. and he did not show up. Caller advised a custody order is in place and she wants to get the kids back. Deputies out at a D Street address/back enroute to the location to do child exchange.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
A Street
Caller advised his daughter's boyfriend just broke the windshield of his vehicle when caller was picking up his daughter.

Welfare check
Pattie Avenue
Caller stated she heard them arguing but does not want contact after check is done. Caller called back stating she made contact and everything is okay.

Wednesday, Jan. 1

Weapons fired
Main Street – 12:04 a.m.
Shooting guns in Hurley/10 minutes straight of gunfire. Deputy advised of call and stated units on traffic stop heard both fireworks and gun shots.

Prescott Apartments
Caller can hear a lot of males fighting. Officer ATL the area/negative contact with any fight.

Tuesday, Dec. 31

Suspicious vehicle
Bataan Memorial Park
Vehicle doing donuts. Went traffic with Ford F150 at Bataan Park/AZ plate.

Harassment
Suchoff Street
A named subject in a purple Mazda has been following her around since she moved to Santa Clara. Officer doing supplemental report.

Accident-property damage
Highway 180 – MM 121(Highway 152 junction)
Debris in the roadway/caller parked in median. Another caller states several vehicles are on the side of the road with flat tires. Officer asks BPD to look for possible juvies that may have been throwing debris into the roadway. BPD advised negative contact with the juvies.

St. Helena Place
Male outside her house knocking on her window/he has followed her previously. Officer – everything is okay/requests a frequent patrol for the month.
