Caller advised her son just broke her bedroom window. Deputy has one in investigative identification.

Caller saw a male go into a neighbor's yard, grab something and run south on Railroad toward Central Avenue/has footage. Officer made contact with male on Orchard Street/doesn't look like he took anything/made contact with both caller and property owner/issued male a CTW for next two weeks.

Caller states motorbikes are running up and down the street with no lights on being extremely loud. Officer had contact with two juvis.

A named female is yelling at employees and they want her removed and a CTW issued for two years. Officer – CTW was issued.

Two people locked out of car wearing all black/they saw an officer inside and went around the corner and are now just sitting outside. Officer – they left the area/will frequent patrol for the night.

Big fight at the Flame/big brawl. SCPD – units will be complete/will need to supplement after reviewing the video footage.
Structure fire
Very north end of RV Park
Front of abandoned house on fire/can see a female trying to put the fire out. NMSP officer – small building in RV park all the way to the end/appears to be contained/a lot of grass in area/out with a named female. Bayard VFD – no more active flames/mop up complete/Santa Clara VFD released.
Larceny
Bard Street
Male took a bike/they watched it on cameras/male was also trying to get into caller's vehicle/caller is the homeowner calling from Colorado. Officer – out with male with citizen assist.
Shoplifting

Female walked in and grabbed a backpack, filled it with items, and left in a maroon 4dr sedan/about 10 minutes ago.

Male in black hoodie trying to rush caller's grandkids who are 11- and 12-years-of-age/the male was hiding then started to run after the kids. Officer set up frequent patrol for next two weekends.
