A named female just broke a window/she is possibly inside/caller will be waiting outside. Officer ran one DL.

XCPD officer advised everything is okay.

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – 7:38 p.m.
Vehicle towing a trailer with no lights. Officer had contact with vehicle at MM 127 (Hurley)/spoke to the driver who was traveling back from T or C and the connector to the trailer had been pulled out/the truck was running his emergency flashers/officer spoke to the driver and advised him the officer would follow him to his address in Arenas Valley.

Bayard PD officer spoke with father on Feb. 23, 2025 and an ATL for the missing nephew
was put out.

Domestic disturbance
Nevada Avenue and 1st Street -- Hurley
Female on the line/could hear male in the background/female telling male to get off her property and out of her face. Hurley PD officer – out with a male and a female.

Suspicious persons
Bard Street
Officer – out with (redacted)/trying to take off with a mattress/unable to make contact with owners/will follow-up another time.

Shoplifting
1101 Tom Foy Blvd.
Male went into the store to purchase a bottle of Jim Beam/peach card declined so he walked outside with the bottle and two bottles of beer.

Criminal trespass
400 Tom Foy Blvd.
Caller advised some boys were causing issues/wants them issued CTWs. Officer out at a Lusk Street address/out at a N. Franey Street address/contact with juvis at Fahey and Tom Foy/all issued CTWs for this business and the Snappy Mart.

Reckless driver
Highway 180
Officer – grey SUV with flashers on going west at a high rate of speed. Deputies – vehicle just passed/will flip around to catch it/went traffic at Wells Fargo.
