Male caller hard to hear/reporting a stabbing. Officer – going to start ATLing/wants another officer to walk the creek between Mayo and Foy/deputy was advised and is enroute to BPD officer.

Caller was advised by a neighbor that someone was standing in the driveway staring at the house. Officer – negative contact.

Caller was advised by a customer there were four local kids/was told the side of the building was spraypainted. Officers – everything is okay.

Caller advised she went to get her phone back from a named male and he is refusing to give it back to her/she is following him on foot to get her phone back/he also took items belonging to a friend of hers/he also has a warrant and is carrying a bat. Officer had contact with caller.
