Caller advised his brother is there and refusing to leave/everything has been verbal. Caller advised he owns the home/brother is saying he has been living in this house/no proper eviction has been done.

Caller stated the male just jumped in the neighbor's pool/male got into a white pickup with a blue stripe going east on Vanadium. Officer had contact with vehicle Vanadium and Orchard streets.
