Caller advised his brother is there and refusing to leave/everything has been verbal. Caller advised he owns the home/brother is saying he has been living in this house/no proper eviction has been done.

Caller stated the male just jumped in the neighbor's pool/male got into a white pickup with a blue stripe going east on Vanadium. Officer had contact with vehicle Vanadium and Orchard streets.

Caller advised that his neighbor just passed away earlier this month and the house has been unoccupied/someone with a flashlight is inside one of the bedrooms. Caller got hold of the son-in-law/advised they are letting a female stay there because she was being evacuated from Mimbres.
