Every night officers are shining their light into his window/it is happening right now, and he doesn’t understand why/stated he is going to walk over and talk to the officer. Can hear the male arguing with the deputy. Caller just called back wanting to talk to the sergeant on duty.

Caller advised they got home and noticed things moved around in the home/no signs of forced entry. Officer – caller has schizophrenia and stated someone has carved initials into sink and fireplace/turned out initials were not carved but were water spots on the stainless steel on the sink and wood grain on the fireplace. Officer advised clear/everything is okay/going to set up frequent patrol for a month.

Caller is upset at Central Elementary/she stated her 11-year-old son was searched illegally/she said the office personnel are searching through his backpack for a weapon. Officer – advised he was at Central Elementary at the time of the incident and already took care of the issue.

Caller requests to make a report of entrapment/he says he felt threatened because he was the only white person in the store. Officer – caller stated the person at the register did not know how to scan in ice to the machine and the males behind him were getting irritated with him.
