69-year-old female has dementia and oxygen. Caller is concerned she might not realize the power is out and may not put on her portable. Officer requested BFD to assist with oxygen tank. BFD advised power has been restored and patient is back on 02.

Bard Street
Caller can see on his camera a subject stealing his generator/he has video footage/he does not know who it is. Officer will ATL the area.

Yucca Street and Central Avenue
Two males fighting in the street. Officers ATL/has contact with one of the parties/out at Foy and Mayo.

Harassment

Caller advised a female neighbor was cussing at her and calling her vulgar names. Officer advised everything is okay.

N. East Street and Central Avenue – 9:37 p.m.
Officer advised vehicle took off/travelling north on Highway 356/speed-100 mph/vehicle just blacked out/lost sight of vehicle/still continuing/lost sight of vehicle Highways152 and 356/going to ATL down Highway 152/negative contact.

Caller received a call from a female saying she needs help/didn't know what happened. Caller called back advising she is okay and en route to her mom's.
