Fire alarm
100 Hurley Avenue
Smoke detector/commercial building/Blake's Lotburger/employee does want fire to respond/all gas is turned off. Bayard Volunteer Fire Department—no flames, just smoke currently airing out/gas emergency will be there in 30 minutes.

Saturday, May 10

Weapons fired
Fahey Street
Caller believes the person at this address shot their dog/he heard a shot then heard the dog cry. Officer spoke with (redacted).

Sunday, May 11

Burglary
Franey Street
Caller says her house was broken into through the underground garage/will call back tomorrow for a civil standby.

Monday, May12

Criminal damage to property
Winifred Street
Caller says someone is throwing rocks at this house/can hear a male yelling. Caller says he went outside to tell the male to get out of here and male started to argue and continued to throw rocks/male also hit caller's truck with a rock. Officer spoke with caller who stated the male left prior to arrival.

Caller's mother lost her residency card somewhere in Silver City while they were visiting.

Breaking and entering
Cortez Avenue
Someone broke in through the front/unknown if anything was taken.

Loud music
Romero Avenue – 9:40 p.m.
Officer advised he told (redacted) to keep the music down.

Suspicious activity
Highway 152 – Bayard
Caller advised that a named male in a certain apartment is selling narcotics and wants LE to search his red Ford. Officer – Female caller is okay/more of a custody issue/will call back and speak with her.

Sunday, May 11

Reckless driving
Boulder Street
Officer – juvies on the 4-wheeler/going to follow them home and speak with parents/out at a Jasper Street address/spoke to parents/everything is okay.
