Bayard Police Department

Friday, Nov. 8

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – MM 126 (2 miles south of Bayard Cemetery)
Was tailing caller/not maintaining lane/grey Ford pickup/driving at a high rate of speed. Caller advised NMSP has vehicle pulled over. BPD officer out with NMSP Erie and Bard.

Domestic disturbance
N. East Street
Caller is trying to walk home and ex-boyfriend is trying to come at her/he's been trying to grab stuff out of her hand/he is now walking back to his apartment/both have been drinking. Officer – tried calling number/stating phone is disconnected.

Disturbance
Momsen Street
Family dispute.

Sunday, Nov. 10

Domestic disturbance
Rogers and Virginia streets
Can hear people cursing and yelling/sounds like a male and female. Officer had contact with (redacted) on Vanadium and Central/not wanting to talk/en route to caller's location.

Welfare check
Stewart Street
Female who seems really high trying to take caller's dog. Officer – out with (redacted).

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
E street and Linda Drive
Front windshield broken by a rock. Deputy out at another Linda Street address.

Santa Clara Police Department

Friday, Nov. 8

Welfare check
Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
Caller says his son left upset/officer ATL. Deputy advised helped (redacted) into his residence/everything is okay.

Sunday, Nov. 10

Harassment
Jasper Street
Caller advised his cousin is on his way to caller's house accusing caller of stealing his stuff/possibly in a white Toyota 4Runner.
