Caller stated she woke up and people were standing over her/she can see people in the hall and one closed the door to her room/caller is crying stating she can hear voices as well and she cannot take it anymore/she was in the hospital earlier today for hallucinating and they gave her Ativan and it didn't help/she takes medication for B1 polar disorder and high BP.

A named female lives at a Blackhawk Street address and caller just got into a verbal argument with her. Caller has the female's baby now as she is the grandmother and she is refusing to give the 17-month-old child back to the mother as they think she is under the influence of narcotics. Caller advised when the female talks she doesn't make any sense and she is now sending multiple messages to caller's phone.

Male lying where caller is parked/believes he is drunk/caller wants the male gone. Officer is giving the male a ride to Ridge Road.

A named female just attacked her and threw her on the concrete then left in a blue sedan. Caller states the female is her kids' father's girlfriend/negative injuries.

Caller advised someone broke into their house and took unknown items/they took all of his underwear and shoes. Deputy – made contact with caller and asked if she had called and how he could help her/caller did not remember calling Central Dispatch/when asked if someone had broken into her house she was unsure/deputy asked if any clothes were missing . . . Set up frequent patrol for next month reference suspicious activity.

Male in a silver Ford F150 outside taking pictures/he stated his name and that he worked for a company/he asked her name and she felt uncomfortable/she asked him to leave but he is still there. Officer set up frequent patrol for next two weeks.

Caller states the neighbor is yelling at her and saying she is calling the cops. Other party states the kids from the neighbors are in private area and just sit on the steps, ring the doorbell, and leave. Officer – done with this location/arrived at a Prescott Apartments location. Caller called back stating the officer is not going to take care of the problem/would like a deputy to respond.
