Empire Street
Caller's 78-year-old dad with dementia is trying to bite caller and her mother. XCPD officer requested ambulance for 78-year-old male/altered mental status.

Welfare check
Chino Street
Caller wants her grandkids checked on/says the home is unsafe/caller is trying to get custody/stated father is not going to bring the children to her. Made contact with caller who wanted a welfare check.

Saturday, Sept. 21

Welfare check
101 Tom Foy Blvd.
Male was swerving on the road prior to pulling into the parking lot/he did hit a curb/appears to be intoxicated/he is now sitting in the car smoking a cigarette.

Sunday, Sept. 22

Disturbance
Steyskal Street
Neighbor is yelling at caller's husband/he does have a mental disability. Officer advised neighbor didn't go to the door. Caller called back advising the neighbor is still yelling and it is worse than before.

Welfare check
Hurley and Central avenues
Female walking toward Blake's/possibly saw two children and a baby. Officer advised everything is okay/clear.

Open 911. Noise on phone which either sounded like a child crying or someone in distress. Deputy - child called using mom's phone/everything is okay.

Criminal sexual contact
Ft Bayard Street
Caller advising her 10-year-old daughter just told her that mom's boyfriend touched her a few days ago/he is in his pickup getting ready to leave.

Harassment
101 N. Prescott Street
Caller advised she is being followed by a male in a purple Mazda/caller is walking home with a friend/she has family coming to pick her up/father of one of the girls is going to stay with them until the officer arrives.

Welfare check
W. Oak and N. Prescott streets
Male near the school and police department has blood on his pants/looks like someone is behind him/male keeps looking back. Deputy out with male/Pine and Prescott streets/he is okay.
