Caller wants her grandkids checked on/says the home is unsafe/caller is trying to get custody/stated father is not going to bring the children to her. Made contact with caller who wanted a welfare check.

Male was swerving on the road prior to pulling into the parking lot/he did hit a curb/appears to be intoxicated/he is now sitting in the car smoking a cigarette.

Neighbor is yelling at caller's husband/he does have a mental disability. Officer advised neighbor didn't go to the door. Caller called back advising the neighbor is still yelling and it is worse than before.

Female walking toward Blake's/possibly saw two children and a baby. Officer advised everything is okay/clear.

Caller advised she is being followed by a male in a purple Mazda/caller is walking home with a friend/she has family coming to pick her up/father of one of the girls is going to stay with them until the officer arrives.
