Poplar Street
Caller is landlord calling for tenant.

Tuesday, Sept. 24

Criminal trespass warning
BPD
Is inside the restroom/has a CTW. Deputy is en route from Bayard. Officer advised deputy to cancel/she left.

Wednesday, Sept. 25

Welfare check
Snell Middle School
Operator 6 - Snell Mididle School student/6th grader/posted pictures of weapons on Sept. 20 on Snapchat/the pictures show he is home/caller requests LE call her so she may email the pictures to LE. Officer out at Snell/shelter in place at this time at Snell/everything is okay/school called shelter in place/drill only/shelter in place is lifted/everything is okay.

Criminal trespass warning
801 Tom Foy Blvd.
Caller wants a named male issued a CTW/when he paid there was a white substance on the bill.

Battery
Cobre High School
Fight between two boys/negative on injuries/parents have been contacted and are on their way. Officer – negative on case number, blotter only.

Thursday, Sept. 26

Suspicious vehicle
1101 Tom Foy Blvd.
Silver Charger parked with its lights on in the parking lot the last two mornings. Officer – subject works at the mines and has a work visa/called subject's probation/negative contact.

Accident-property damage
N. Yucca Street and Central Avenue
Silver Ford Escort vs white Jeep Cherokee/both are out of the roadway/negative on injuries.

Burglary
Bard Street
Caller wants to report a theft.

Burglary
Arizona Street
Someone broke into the garage and took items from it.

Tuesday, Sept. 24

Harassment
Pattie Street
Caller just sighted a named male/he just showed up to caller's house and started taking pictures and arguing/caller wants him issued a CTW. Deputy en route/issued Michael Lozano a CTW to 3 Pattie Street.

Domestic disturbance
Nevada Avenue
Male and female across the street/male hitting her with a rope behind a red vehicle. Deputy has a named male in investigative detention.

Wednesday, Sept. 25

Aggravated burglary
Ft Bayard Street – Santa Clara
Caller's .45 Tias semi-auto pistol was stolen from his jobsite.

Thursday, Sept. 26

Breaking and entering
Arizona Street
Caller advised last night someone broke into their garage and stole clothes and tools/similar situation was reported on Sept. 23, 2024.

Monday, Sept. 23

Welfare check
1001 Prescott Street
Can hear the neighbors fighting/stated a named female called caller stating someone wasn't leaving and getting physical with her/caller does not know who the male is. Officer made contact.

No report.
