Caller reporting that yesterday his ex-girlfriend was hitting him with her shoes and jerking the steering wheel while he was driving/and when they got home she hit him in the face as well/their children were present when it happened. Officer out with caller at station.

A named male was throwing cinder blocks and boards and yelling and cursing at people/male lives in a trailer he put on the property. Officer was able to calm him down.

Shoplifting
1101 Tom Foy Blvd.
Male ran toward Food Basket up the hill/he took a 30-pack of Budweiser. Officer out on foot/negative contact with male.

Shed motion detector. XCPD officer out at 804 Cactus Street.

Caller states a female in a white Jeep tried to run him over. SCPD officers were advised.

Unwanted subject
Encino Street – Santa Clara
States a named male and his dog were in her yard and refusing to leave/he did leave/wants a CTW issued. XCPD officer – clear from this address/ATL in the area.

Criminal damage to property
Cactus Street
XCPD officer – contact with a named subject/two warrants; criminal damage to household member hold without bond and failure to appear $564 cash. Officer en route to GCDC with the subject in custody.

Domestic disturbance
Highway 180 – MM 124 (Bayard Cemetery)
Male and female arguing. Officer – both advised they don't want LE and walking separate ways.

Saw a person walking down Stewart Street yelling obscenities. GCSO deputy – will handle it shortly. Officer had negative contact in the area.

Harassment
E Street
Caller is yelling "I'm going to kill you" over and over again to the subject's son/this is an ongoing issue between the neighbor and himself. Caller thinks the neighbor might have thought the son was caller.

Suspicious persons
Arizona and Diaz streets
Male wearing all black looking into houses and yards. Officer ID'd male/male is back home.

Caller says her ex-boyfriend is threatening to beat her up and break all her windows/she wants an officer to go back over there in case he shows up.
