CariLemonJune 16, at 10:00 am, 3845 North Swan Street  – "Mastery Mindset"

Cari Lemon will explain how to understand the patterns that create our current life results and will detail the first steps we can take to create the results we would love to have in our lives.

"We experience feelings of longing when we're desiring something we haven't yet created. And we feel the feeling of discontent when current circumstances are something we don't prefer. Both of these –longing and discontent – are catalysts for growth within us," Lemon said.

"So, whether it's the pain of a problem or a burning desire for something new – these two energies are essential for creating new results in our lives," She added.

Lemon will share some principles that will help transform longings and discontents into new results in the four domains in which we create results in our lives. She calls them Health and Well-Being, Love and Relationships, Vocation, and Time and Money Freedom.

"The results you're getting in these areas of life are a perfect reflection of your awareness in these areas," Lemon said. "We will learn the patterns that are creating our results and learn steps we can take to create the results we want to have."

Cari Lemon is a teacher and coach who integrates many different methodologies to help individuals and organizations identify blocks, the reasons for them, and how to move beyond them so they can thrive, not just survive. She has been in the personal development field for more than 20 years. Lemon started as a licensed music therapist from Texas Woman's University; received a Masters in Elementary Education from WNMU, certification in gestalt psychotherapy from the Gestalt Institute of the Rockies, and a certified transformational life coach from the Brave Thinking Institute.

"I am invested in and passionate about guiding others to become unstuck, get out of their own way, and soar to the next best version of themselves," Lemon said.

Childcare is available every Sunday. Zoey Cronin will lead a formal children's program on second and fourth Sundays.

Children are welcome to participate on any Sunday, but they will get the most out of the program if they attend second and fourth Sundays somewhat regularly. Family adults may stay for the children's program or attend the adult program. Children are encouraged to bring a small item that represents someone or something they are grateful for that week.
