We must never forget how fortunate we are to live in the United States of America, where we have the right to pray and worship freely.

Dear Heavenly Father,

I come before Your throne with a humble heart, lifting up our home state of New Mexico and the United States of America in prayer. Lord, our state and nation are in need of Your divine guidance, healing, and restoration. Grant us all the wisdom to navigate the challenges and decisions that lie ahead.

Unite us as a people, breaking down the walls of division and fostering a spirit of love and understanding among us. Help us embody the values that bind us, treating others with respect and compassion, regardless of our differences.

I pray for our local and national leaders that You would fill their hearts with integrity, wisdom, and a genuine concern for the well-being of all citizens. Grant them discernment in their decision-making processes so that they may govern with justice and fairness.
