LAS CRUCES, N.M. – New Mexico food and beverage producers are ready to make waves at the 2025 National Restaurant Association (NRA) Show May 17-20 in Chicago, Illinois.

Thanks to support from the New Mexico Department of Agriculture (NMDA), Best in the West Brands, Bueno Foods, Southern Roots Pecan Company, Worthington Pecans and Zia Hatch Chile Company will introduce their bold, authentic flavors to buyers from across the U.S. and around the world. This is a benefit of membership in the department's free NEW MEXICO—Taste the Tradition®/Grown with Tradition® Logo Program.

As part of the A Taste of the States New Mexico Pavilion, these companies will connect with major distributors, showcase their products and open doors to new markets — all with prime positioning on the show floor. NMDA's partnership with New Mexico State University's School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management brings student ambassadors to help sample and promote New Mexico products.

Backed by USDA's Foreign Agricultural Service and the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture, the NRA Show at McCormick Place Convention Center is the largest foodservice event in the Western Hemisphere, drawing 65,000 attendees from 110 countries.

"Promoting New Mexico agriculture nationally and internationally is a core part of our mission," said New Mexico Secretary of Agriculture Jeff Witte. "Our producers have an incredible story to tell — and this show is the perfect place to tell it."

Exhibiting with NMDA means:

Expanding into the booming foodservice market

Meeting top U.S. and international buyers

Staying ahead of the latest food trends

Showcasing products at a high-visibility venue
