NUEVO MEXICO PROFUNDO is delighted to announce the completed restoration of San José de Gracia in Las Trampas.
The project was made possible by the Eugene V. and Clare E. Thaw Charitable Trust, the Hutson-Wiley and Echevarría Foundation, Susan Foote, Sallie Bingham, Nathaniel Owings, and the Boeckman Family Foundation, in honor of Elizabeth and Duncan Boeckman.
The art conservation at San José de Gracia was made possible by the Boeckman Family Foundation, in honor of Elizabeth and Duncan Boeckman; and by the Eugene V. and Clare E. Thaw Charitable Trust. The windows restoration was done by Stephen Calles of ESC Works, and the remainder of the project by Michael A. Roybal and Southwest Plastering Company.The art conservation was done by master santeros Victor Goler and Felix Lopez, santero Nicolas Otero, and Las Trampas resident Clarence Vigil.
