Angelica was born July 1, 1930, to Gonzalo and Maria Falcon Milo in Needles, California. At an early age the Milo family moved to Deming, New Mexico which was her home until she married and moved to Virginia for a short while and lastly Texas which was her home for over 65 years.

Her unwavering dedication to her family was evident in all that she did. One of Angelica's greatest achievements were undoubtedly raising her children and caring for her grandchildren. She poured every ounce of love into nurturing their growth and guiding them along their respective paths. Her tireless efforts and sacrifices shaped them into strong individuals with unwavering values of resilience and compassion. Angelica loved spending time with her family, not even the distance of 699 miles or a 10-hour drive kept her from regularly coming back home to Deming during summers and other times during the years. On many trips she bravely drove herself and her children, and in later years she would take the bus or train, making sure to continue those visits with family back home.

In memory of Angelica, she leaves behind her sons, Michael Garcia of Temple, TX and David (Meredith) Garcia of Waco, TX; daughters, Sylvia Santana, and Diana Cespedes (Rick Castillo) both of Temple, TX; a daughter in law, Mary Sue Garcia of Deming; her sister, Irene Bustamante; brothers, Joe (Butter) Milo and Gonzalo (Chalo) Milo all of Deming. Her bonus children, John Costello of Copperas Cove, TX and Emy McAleese of Temple, TX, as well as many cherished grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her son, Richard Milo Garcia; a grandson, Rick Garcia; siblings, Jesus Milo, Luis Milo, Manuel Milo, Henry Milo, Robert Milo, Elena Delgado, Rosa Torres, and Cecelia Pedraza.

Angelica will forever be remembered for her unwavering dedication to family, her immense strength of character, faith and the legacy of kindness and compassion she leaves behind.

Let us cherish the memories of this extraordinary woman who had an indelible impact on all who knew her.

Her children are honoring their MOM'S wishes to come home and rest in heavenly peace with the rest of her beloved family.
