EstradaMargaretWith heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Margaret Estrada (Tinnie), who departed from this life on January 21, 2025. She was 88 years old and leaves behind a legacy of kindness and love.

Born on October 27, 1936, Margaret lived a life dedicated to her family and faith. She was a beacon of light in our lives, known for her unwavering love, gentle spirit, and selfless nature. Her laughter was infectious, and her warm embrace provided comfort and solace to all fortunate enough to know her.

Margaret was the heart of her family—her home was filled with warmth, delicious meals, fresh tortillas, and cherished memories. She instilled strong values in her children and grandchildren, teaching them the importance of love, respect, and faith. Her wisdom and stories will echo in our hearts forever, as she imparted life lessons that shaped us into who we are today.

Margaret was preceded in death by her cherished parents, Enrique Andrade and Rosa Varela Andrade, her son Marcelito (Linnie) Vargas, her grandson, Frankie Joe Bivens, and her sister Gloria Fajardo. She is survived by her loving husband Daniel Estrada, children, Edmund Vargas, Rachel Vargas, Larry Vargas, Rosemary Gonzales, Sylvia Villaseñor, her adored grandchildren, great grandchildren and many other family members and friends whose lives she enriched with her presence.

A service celebrating Margaret's remarkable life will take place on February 22, 2025 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lordsburg, New Mexico. Visitation will commence at 9:30 with rosary, mass, burial and reception to follow. Family and friends are invited to gather and share memories, honoring a life that was devoted to love and compassion.

Margaret Estrada will be deeply missed, but her spirit and the love she shared will forever remain in our hearts. Rest easy, dear Margaret. Your legacy of love will continue to shine brightly in our lives, guiding us as we navigate a world without you.
