ArmijoRobertIt is with profound sadness that his loved ones announce the passing of Robert "Bobo" Armijo, 63, of Silver City, after a four- year battle. He is now at peace with our family watching over us. Bobo, as everyone knew him was kind hearted and friendly. He loved to talk to everybody. He had a great sense of humor and liked to joke around. He was a jack of all trades. He worked at Mr. Ed's, the mines, and J&S plumbing. He later did yard work and was creative about finding ways to make money. His pride and joy were his children and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Natalia Armijo, his son Robert John, his daughter, Marissa, granddaughter, Alona, his aunt, Judy Gonzales, nephews, Mark and Jason Gomez. He is survived by his daughter, Lauren, his grandchildren, Jayce Collins, Kyra, Tehya and Bailynn Delaney, and Marissa Mae Armijo; his sisters, Sally Armijo, and Rita Gomez; his brother, David Armijo; his aunts and uncles, Betty, Irene, Donald Villalobos; Estelle and Tony Gallegos; also surviving his are numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Friday, September 27th from 5-6pm at Terrazas Funeral Chapels with the prayer vigil/holy rosary to commence at 6pm with Deacon Richard Maynes Jr. reciting. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, September 28th at 9:30am at St. Francis Newman Center with Father Ephram officiating.
Concluding service, cremation will take place at Terrazas Crematory. Inurnment will take place at 4:30pm at St. Vincent Catholic cemetery. Pallbearers are Jayce Collins, Donald Villalobos, Brandon Reese, Cory Reese, Gabe Gallegos, Vern Waconco, David Armijo Jr., and Jeff Armijo.
