Before 2:00 pm local standard time on the 22nd day of July, 2024.

      1. Project: PAVFR Fire Station
      2. Architect's Project Number: Design Professional's Project Number 23-014.
      3. All bidders are required to prequalify no later than 15 days prior to submission of bids.
        1. Utilize AIA A305.
      4. Project Description: This is a ground-up, wood construction volunteer fire station, approximately 4,049 GSF.
      5. Bid Documents for a Stipulated Sum contract may be obtained from the office of the Complete Reprographics located at 1100 N. Main Street, #A, Las Cruces, NM 88001 upon receipt of a refundable deposit, by check or cash, in the amount of $300.00 for one set. Electronic copies are also available upon written request.
      6. Documents may be obtained only by general contract Bidders. Others may view the Bid Documents at the office of the Owner.
      7. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 10 percent of the Bid Amount.
      8. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate.
      9. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
