The Gila Regional Medical Center's Board of Trustees will convene in an Executive Session Thursday February 6, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 am. Following this, the Board will convene in a joint Executive Session with the Grant County Board of Commissioners at 10:00 a.m. The Executive Session will take place in the Grant County Veterans Memorial Business & Conference Center located at 3031 Highway 180 East, Silver City, NM 88061. This meeting will be closed to the public pursuant to the New Mexico Open Meetings Act Section 10-15-1 (H)(9) Strategic and Long Range Business Planning for Gila Regional Medical Center (GRMC).
This is not a formal meeting of the Board of Trustees, and no action will be taken.
The next Regular Meeting of the Gila Regional Medical Center Board of Trustees will take place on Wednesday February 26, 2025.
