The Beat charges $15 plus GRT per each legal notice that is not covered on an annual contract. Screenshot affidavits will be emailed at no extra charge.

For extra services, such as required notarized affidavits from a printout of a screenshot of the ad, it will be $25 per posting. If you want something posted three times, that will be the $45 plus $75 for a convenience fee.

The Board of Regents of Western New Mexico University will meet on Monday, July 15, 2024, beginning at 8:00 a.m. in Executive Session at the Serna Conference Room located in the Castorena Administration Building. The Board will later convene in Regular Session at 10:00 a.m. at the Thomas B. McDonald Student Memorial Building Seminar Room located on the third floor of the facility. LEGAL NOTICE                                                       

The Grant County Water Commission will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, July 11th, 2024, at 3:00 PM at the Town of Silver City, City Annex – 2nd Floor Conference Room located at 1203 N. Hudson St., Silver City, NM.  Copies of the Agenda will be available at the City Hall/Town of Silver City no less than 72 hours before the scheduled meeting and online at the Town’s website at www.townofsilvercity.org  .  A copy of the agenda will be posted at the various Town Halls prior to the scheduled meeting.  Public Input must be submitted by email by 2:00 PM on July 10th  2024, to the Assistant to the Executive Department at acox@silvercitynm.gov .  Please enter “Public Input” in the subject line of the email.  The comments will be distributed to the Chair and members of the Board and will be entered into the record of the Board meeting.

LEGAL NOTICE

The Bayard City Council will conduct a Regular Meeting on Monday July 08, 2024 at the Bayard City Hall. Attendance of City Council members will be in person.  Items on the agenda relate to old and new business matters. The agenda may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office or viewed online at www.cityofbayardnm.com . A Closed Session may be held pursuant to 10-15-1 (H-2) NMSA 1978 for limited personnel matters.

OFFICE CLOSURE – INDEPENDENCE DAY HOLIDAY
The Grant County Administrative Offices will be closed Thursday, July 4, 2024 in observance of the Independence Day Holiday. Regular business hours will resume on Friday, July 5, 2024. Please contact the Grant County Regional Dispatch Authority at 575-388-8840 with questions or concerns pertaining to roads and/or law enforcement.
