Save the date for the 12th annual Give Grandly event scheduled for Saturday, May 3, 2025 from 9 am – 2 pm at Gough Park in Silver City, benefitting the Give Grandly Coalition. The Give Grandly Coalition is an informal coalition of 60+ nonprofits dedicated to working collaboratively for the benefit of the nonprofit sector in Grant, Luna, Catron and Hidalgo counties.

Each year, the Give Grandly Coalition—powered by the Gila Community Foundation—rallies our region around one powerful movement of generosity. Since its inception, Give Grandly has raised over $1.8 million to support the vital work of nonprofits across southwest New Mexico. These funds provide critical general operating support that local nonprofits rely on to sustain and grow their impact. 

 From food security to youth programs, arts and culture to environmental stewardship— donations help ensure these organizations can continue to serve our communities year-round. 

 This year, donations are accepted online at www.givegrandly.org starting April 19, 2025 through May 17, 2025. Please note that donations need to be made directly to each nonprofit you want to support. Checks to the Community Foundation that support a nonprofit not fiscally sponsored by GCF will be returned to the donor.

 Give Grandly culminates in a special in-person giving day celebration on Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Gough Park in Silver City. Participating nonprofits will have tables with staff and volunteers to highlight their work on behalf of southwest New Mexico, answer your questions, and accept donations by cash, check or credit cards. 

 Come meet more than 50 nonprofits, enjoy local food, live music, family-friendly festivities—and be part of something truly grand. 

 The Gila Community Foundation and the Town of Silver City proudly promote and support Give Grandly. The Foundation and the Coalition solicit matching funds from local businesses, and the Foundation takes no fees from donations raised—ensuring every dollar goes where it's needed most.
