Denise and Dennis Miller rehabilitate and release between 200 to 300 animals each year in New Mexico and west Texas at Gila Wildlife Rescue. Both have deep roots in Silver City and dedication to the wildlife and ecology of the surrounding area. Join us for educational, inspirational and humorous accounts of their wildlife rescue experience over the last 47 years. Their recent book, Keeping Them Wild, documents true-life accounts of their very close-up and personal experiences with wildlife.

Description:  The Gila Native Plant Society is offering free docent-led tours of Silva Creek Botanical Garden every Saturday morning starting at 9 AM, August 15.
