To continue the enthusiasm for showing horses in Grant County, there will be an open Equine Expo Clinic provided by Grant County Extension and taught by Katee McSpadden and local equine professionals on July 29 at the Southwest Horseman's Arena.  Adults and youth alike are encouraged to participate in an open 4-H horse show at the Grant County Fair on September 18, with buckles for the hi-point winners in each division donated by Smith Ford, Roy Harris and Family and Jeanette Hamilton-Muise.

Experimental indie Folk Scientist - Josh Glenn, from San Antonio, Tx isn't your typical solo singer-songwriter. Acoustic guitar strums, percussive guitar taps, and clever riffing braid into themselves as Glenn's show usually involves him building his songs live using loop pedals, making for an engrossing experience.
