There will be an estate planning information clinic for low-income New Mexicans on August 6, 2026, at 4:00 PM at Silver City Public Library, 515 W College Ave. Learn about wills, POAs, transfer on death deeds, and advance healthcare directives. All are welcome to attend the information session. Financially-eligible applicants are able to get free document preparation through New Mexico Legal Aid. Fill out an intake form after the session to apply to speak with an attorney. Finalization of documents will happen at part 2 in September. Provided by New Mexico Legal Aid.
